Staff Burn out - latest tips for Leaders

We often forget to take time to talk to our staff about their Wellbeing. In a busy world it is very important to take the time to look after ourselves and encourage others to do so. Happy people, give more. When is the last time you encouraged your employee to take time to walk in the woods or sit by the lake or even laugh with colleagues ? When is the last time YOU acted as a role-model and  took the time to do breathing excercises? They really matter too! One of the popular concepts to support the wellbeing is IKIGAI.
