The flow of life, a challenge or a blessing?

At times, we do wonder if our life is in flow. We often speak about finding the flow or go with the flow but how hard is it? Often life hits us with unexpected events and we certainly feel we are not in the flow of life. We struggle to get up and we struggle to understand why things happened the way they did. Often we wonder why and ultimately get no answers. Frustration kicks in and we even curse the universe or whatever we believe in. A friend once told me that perhaps, if in the mist of things we thought that we are in the flow even when we think we are not, it would help us trust life more or even let go and continue the flow. With this in mind, we should always be in the flow and most probably take the challenges as a blessing and lessons that we need to learn.What if we were able to think that we live in constant flow?  Would  life make sense and an innate sense of trust would kick in to help us cope with the challenges that life throws at us? Staff Burn out - latest tips for Leaders

We often forget to take time to talk to our staff about their Wellbeing. In a busy world it is very important to take the time to look after ourselves and encourage others to do so. Happy people, give more. When is the last time you encouraged your employee to take time to walk in the woods or sit by the lake or even laugh with colleagues ?
